NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by a certain Deed of Trust executed the 13th day of October, 2013 by Brandy R. Lewis to John P. Tonlinson, III, Trustee, as same appears of record in the Office of the Register of Lawrence County, Tennessee, in Deed Book 421, Page 655-662, and the holder and owner of the debt secured, First Farmers & Merchants Bank, under the provisions of said Deed of Trust, has named and appointed the undersigned as a Substitute Trustee to advertise and sell the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, all of said indebtedness having matured by default in the payment of a part thereof, this is to give notice that the undersigned will, pursuant to the power and authority granted by said Deed of Trust, at:

at the Front (Main) Door of the Courthouse, Lawrenceburg, Lawrence County, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property to-wit:
Being and lying in the 2nd Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee, lying West of and adjacent to Lexington Road, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an axle found in the West ROW of Lexington Road, said axle being the Northeast corner of William Carroll as recorded in Deed Book 256, page 507, ROLCT, and being the Southeast corner of the tract being described; thence leaving Lexington Road with Carroll North 84 degrees, 35 minutes, 35 seconds West 208.62 feet to a fence post, thence continuing with Carroll and fence North 84 degrees, 00 minutes, 30 seconds West 125.84 feet to a twin poplar, North 80 degrees, 53 minutes, 46 seconds West 101.53 feet an iron pin found, said iron pin being in the East boundary of James Barnett as recorded in Deed Book 128, page 73, ROLCT, and being the Southwest corner of the tract being described; thence leaving Carroll and said fence with Barnett North 12 degrees, 21 minutes, 21 seconds East 153.64 feet to an iron pin found, said iron pin being the Northwest corner of the tract being described; thence continuing with Barnett South 76 degrees, 29 minutes, 29 seconds East 323.76 feet to an iron pit set in the West ROW of Lexington Road, said iron pin being the Northeast corner of the tract being described; thence leaving Barnett with Lexington Road South 34 degrees, 42 minutes, 23 seconds East 150.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Description according to survey by Kenneth Carroll, RLS TN License Number 1335, December 17, 2002.
This being the same property conveyed to Brandy R. Lewis from Roger M. Lewis and wife, Judy F. Lewis by Quit Claim Deed dated March 2, 2011 of record in Record Book 359, Page 284, ROLCo., Tennessee.

This sale will be made subject to taxes for the year 2020 and subsequent years, all existing highway, roadway and utility easements; all matters of record pertaining to the property, including any prior liens; applicable building and zoning regulations; such state of facts as an accurate survey would disclose; any unpaid taxes and mechanics’ and material men’s liens. The owners of the indebtedness have conducted a supplemental search on the property which reflected no state or federal tax liens.
Other interested parties: NONE.
The property will be sold in its “as is” condition without warranties of fitness or title.
The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day and time certain, without further publication and in accordance with law, upon announcement of said adjournment on the day, time, and place of sale set forth above.
The failure of the high bidder to pay the purchase price and close the sale shall, at the option of the Trustee, or his agent, be cause for rejection of the bid, and, if the bid is rejected, the Trustee, or his agent, shall have the option of making the sale to the next highest bidder who is ready, willing, and able to comply with the terms thereof. The proceeds derived from the sale of the property will be applied as provided for in the deed of trust which is made a part hereof as if copied verbatim herein.
All right and equity of redemption, Statutory and otherwise, homestead and dower are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee.

Notice is Hereby given that on the 16th day of September, 2020, Letters of Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of MARY RUTH CLARK, who died August 13, 2020, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of
Lawrenceburg until 4:00P.M., local time, October 20,
2020. Bids will be publicly opened in the Lawrenceburg
Municipal Complex Council Room, located at 25 Public
Square, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, immediately
following the 4:00 P.M. deadline. Bids will be for the
purpose of quoting prices for furnishing all labor,
materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary
to perform all work and services described in the bid
