William Edward “Eddy” Hooker
William Edward “Eddy” Hooker, age 66, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, October 5, 2020.
He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, a truck driver for Grammer Industries Trucking Company and a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church. Mr. Hooker served his country in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by one sister: Christy Shults.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years: Linda Sue Hooker of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son: Brian Smith (Maribeth) of Leoma, TN; his parents: Warren and Irene Frazier Hooker; one sister: Cheryl Hand of Leoma, TN; two brothers: Mickey Hooker of Lawrenceburg, TN and John Hooker (Kim) of Leoma, TN; four grandchildren: Kaitlyn Smith, Jackson Smith, Allison Ayers, and Kasey Staggs; three great-grandchildren: Emma Ayers, Ty Ayers, and Leighton Wyatt; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for William Edward “Eddy” Hooker were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2020 with Chad Clanton officiating. Interment followed at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
