Loyd R. “Pappy” Springer, age 73, of Summertown, TN passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Maury Regional Medical Center
Born March 8, 1947 in Lawrenceburg, TN, he was the son of the late Charlie Hannah and Bella Brown. He was a retired truck driver.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wives: Nancy Jensen Springer and Nancy Harmond Springer; brother: Leslie Earl Springer; and granddaughter: Emily Stancil.
He is survived by his son: Loyd Springer, Jr. of Lawrenceburg, TN; daughter: Vicky (Wade) Seymore of Loretto, TN; step children: Scottie (Darlene) Nichols of Dayton, TN and Jodi (Jon) Stancil of Summertown, TN; sister: Deborah Long of Lawrenceburg, TN; brothers: U.D. Springer of Summertown, TN and Buel Springer of Florence, AL.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
