Kay Lynn Brown Brazier went to heaven on Friday, October 30, 2020.
Kay was born October 22, 1961 in Marlette, MI to Jerald and Mary Brown. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from both Marlette High School (1979) and St. Clair Co. Community College in Port Huron, MI (1986). She worked as an R.N. for sixteen years at Port Huron Hospital, and then six years at Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was disabled. She loved music, was a vocalist and could play three instruments. Kay loved singing and playing for the Lord. She was a member of Bethel Church in Marlette, MI, and was baptized at the age of 13. Kay married Kenneth Brazier in 2005.
She was preceded in death by her mother: Mary (Vanderpool) Brown Lee; and father: Jerald Brown.
She is survived by her husband: Kenneth Brazier; two sons: Michael Hill (Jessica) and Ryan Hill (Adrienne); and two beloved step-children: Kendra Brazier Hopper (Ryan) and Zachary Brazier (Shannon); ten beloved grandchildren: Angelina, A.J., Eliza, and Isabella Hill, Cierra Schuelke, Tori, and Will Kimbrell, Milo and Levi Jones, and Seth Brazier; one beloved sister: Kathryn Threlkeld-Pawelko; and two cherished nieces: Katie Threlkeld and Holly Morrison.
Funeral services for Kay Lynn Brown Brazier will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 in the chapel of Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home with Bro. Ryan Hopper officiating. Burial will follow at Spann Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 9, 2020. Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
