Notice is Hereby given that on the 27th day of October, 2020, Letters of Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of BOBBY JOE JAMES, who died August 11, 2020, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

Pursuant to a decree rendered by the Chancery Court, at Lawrenceburg, Tennessee filed on Oct. 13th, 2020 in the above styled case I will on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder the property belonging to the Estate of Bonell Short.
The sale will be held on the premises at 1504 Ann Road, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The property being more particularly described as follows:
Situated, lying, and being in Lawrence County, Tennessee within the corporate limits of the Municipal Corporation of Lawrenceburg and being Lot No. 39 of the Pressnell Subdivision, a plat of which Subdivision is filed of record in New Plat Book No. 1, page 38, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
Said Lot No. 39 is conveyed subject to certain restrictions recorded in Trust Book No. 118, Pages 215 and 216 of the Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee as fully as if same were copied herein.
Being the property conveyed to Millard Short and wife, Bonell Short, by Warranty Deed dated April 4, 1962, of record in Deed Book 119, Page 324, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee. Millard Short is now deceased and Bonell Short is the surviving tenant by the entirety.
Being the same property conveyed to Benita Fisher and Rhonda Bryant by Quitclaim Deed dated November 20, 2015, of record in Record Book 468, Pages 731-732, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee. TERMS OF SALE: The above real estate will be sold for cash with 10% down day of sale with the remaining balance due within thirty (30) days after confirmation by the Court. The sale will be held open for ten (10) days until Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., during which time a person may come by the office of the Clerk and Master at the Lawrence County Courthouse and raise the highest bid received at the auction by 10% and depositing 10% of that bid with the court. If the bid is advanced, another auction will be held at the Lawrence County Courthouse on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 10:00 am. The high bidder on that day will be the buyer. Situated in the 8th Civil District of Lawrence County, Tennessee, within what is now the corporation of the Town of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, lying and being in what is known as MEADOWVIEW SUBDIVISION, a plat of which is recorded in Trust Book 40, pages 272/3, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
Being Lots Nos. 44, 45, and 46 of Block “E” of the Meadowview Subdivision. Said lots face Kennedy Street 75 feet on the north and run back 145 feet. Said lots are a part of the property conveyed to W.B. Massey and Myrtle Massey by deeds of Sidney Johnson et als, recorded in Deed Book 98, pages 329 and 331 of the Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee which deed made to W.B. Massey and wife, Myrtle Massey, in the year 1946 and W.B. Massey died and Myrtle Massey took said lots in fee simple title under the doctrine of the tenancy by the entireties and said W.B. Massey left a will devising said property to Myrtle Massey.
