Notice is Hereby given that on the 9th day of December, 2020, Letters of Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of THOMAS WADE WHITE, who died November 9, 2020, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT
PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee
will hold a public meeting at 10 a.m., Friday,
January 8, 2021, in the Conference Room of
the Lawrenceburg Administration Building to
discuss the Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Program administered by the Tennessee
Department of Economic and Development.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the
guidelines of the program and to solicit input from
area residents regarding potential uses of CDBG
funds. CDBG funds can be used for water line
extensions, water system improvements, sewer
line extensions, sewer system improvements,
housing rehabilitation, and other community
development projects such as fire protection,
emergency warning sirens, drainage, rural health
departments, etc.

All residents or entities with projects
are encouraged to attend this meeting or mail
suggestions to 25 Public Square Lawrenceburg,
TN 38464. Suggestions will be received through
January 15, 2021 Emailed suggestions can be
sent to mayorlay@lawrenceburgtn.gov. The City
of Lawrenceburg does not discriminate. The
location of the meeting is accessible to persons
with disabilities. Special accommodations may be
provided to persons with disabilities by contacting
City Administration at (931) 762-4459.
