Dorris Ray Price, age 89, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at his residence.
He was of the Christian faith. He was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening and storytelling.
He was preceded in death by his first wife: Betty McClanahan Price; parents: Roy and Etheline Price; brothers: James Price and Floyd Price; sister: Shirley King.
He is survived by his wife: Earlene Price; son: Timothy Price (Deb); daughter: Teresa Cartwright (Bruce); sister: Jean Cooper; grandchildren: William Price, Jennifer Hope, Tara Cartwright, Tabitha Price; great-grandchildren: Johnathon Price, Dakota Price, Isaiah Price.
Funeral services for Dorris Ray Price were held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Chapel with Bro. Nathan Duncan officiating.
