Bessie Lorene Roberson Mincey, age 91, of Loretto, TN passed away Friday February 12, 2021 at home after an extended illness.
She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a hairdresser/homemaker, and of the Church of Christ faith. She was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW and held the office of president for several years.
She was preceded in death by two husbands: Howard Roberson and Ralph Mincey; parents: Danny Everett and Beulah Lee Chandler Barnett; son: Randy Roberson; brothers: Earnest, Allen, Roy, Neal, Clyde, James and Billy Barnett; and sisters: Mae Barnett Belew, Vernon Barnett Belew, Lena Barnett Wolfe, Helen Barnett Willis, Ruby Barnett Brewer and Betty Jean Barnett.
She is survived by her son: Steve Roberson (Paula), Loretto, TN; daughter: Gail Roberson Evans ( Skip), Lawrenceburg, TN; nine grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for  Bessie Lorene Roberson Mincey were held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at Loretto Memorial Chapel with Terry Don Roberson and Isaiah Craig officiating.
