Agnes Pearl Clayton, age 84, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, February 19, 2021, at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN.
She was a native of Overton County, TN and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Willie V. and Audie Mae Webb Green; her husband: Vonnie Clayton; one step-grandchild: Dustin Garland; two sisters: Charlean Woodard and Emma Jean Pollock; and three brothers: Earl Green, Estele “Bud” Green, and Roy Lee Green.
She is survived by one son: Thomas “Tommy” Clayton (Melissa) of Lawrenceburg, TN; three daughters: Neva Smith (Tom) of Crossville, TN, Mildred Taylor (Don) of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Rita Garland (Allen) of Lawrenceburg, TN; four grandchildren: Becci Edington (Chris) of Crossville, TN, Rachel Ferrell (Bill) of Livingston, TN, Sandy Leon (Casey Dillon) of Crossville, TN, and Caleb Garland of Lawrenceburg, TN; one step-grandchild: Vanessa Garland of Summertown, TN; four great-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Gerald Jones of Lawrenceburg, TN and Ruth Staggs, Nashville, TN.
Funeral services for Agnes Pearl Clayton were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 pm. on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 with Leslie Shadrick officiating.
