Jamie Darlene “MiMi” Curtis
Jamie Darlene “MiMi” Curtis, age 55, of Summertown, TN went to be with her mother Naomi Luffman Curtis on Saturday, February 27, 2021.
Jamie fought to live a life of peace and happiness. She was blessed with a heart that loved to take care of those she felt needed her the most. She enjoyed time spent with her daughter, her grandbaby, shopping trips, going to the movies, dancing, and vacations with her family. She also loved being covered with bling. She was a 1985 graduate of Columbia State Community College where she earned her registered nurse degree.
She is survived by her daughter: Taylor Rhyann Potts of Summertown, TN; father: James Horace Curtis of Summertown, TN; one sister: Angela Lyons (David) of Summertown, TN; one brother: Keith Curtis (Kristy) of Summertown, TN; one grandchild: Kylie Rhyann Liles of Summertown, TN; two nephews: Ben Lyons (Kaley) and Bryson Lyons (Alison), both of Summertown, TN; two great-nephews: Carson Lyons and Logan Lyons, both of Summertown, TN.
Interment was at Summertown Cemetery where she was laid to rest beside her mother. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. The family suggests memorials be made to Magnolia Hall Residence at Life Care Center of Columbia. Condolences may be offered by way of: www.nealfuneralhome.net.
