Utilities regular monthly meeting is scheduled for
March 25, 2021 at 5:00 pm. The Board meets

that pertains to the functions of the Lawrenceburg
Utility Systems, as may be deemed necessary for
the operation of the Utility Systems.

$100.00 for each set. No partial sets will be issued and no refund will be provided
for sets that may be returned.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all
bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject
to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor’s
Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and
qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.
Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of
employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract,

time/seasonal position. This
position will assist the maintenance
supervisor with various jobs
