Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public
Utilities regular monthly meeting is scheduled for
March 25, 2021 at 5:00 pm. The Board meets
each month to discuss and handle all business
that pertains to the functions of the Lawrenceburg
Utility Systems, as may be deemed necessary for
the operation of the Utility Systems.

The next scheduled Board meeting is March 25,
2021 at 5:00 pm, at 1607 North Locust Avenue,
Lawrenceburg, TN.

Notice is hereby given of a hearing before the
Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, April 5,

Church St., Suite 205, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 upon non-refundable payment of
$100.00 for each set. No partial sets will be issued and no refund will be provided
for sets that may be returned.

The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all
bids.

Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject
to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.

All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor’s
Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and
qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.

Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of
employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract,
Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening

The City of Ethridge will be
accepting applications for a part
time/seasonal position. This
position will assist the maintenance
supervisor with various jobs
throughout the city. Mowing
experience is a plus. Applications
will be accepted in person at
Ethridge City Hall, 215 Depot St.
Ethridge, TN 38456 until April 16,
2021 at 4:00 p.m. Must be 18 years
of age and have a valid driver’s
