Lavonna Marjorie “Von” Allen, age 82, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN.
She was a native of Wayne County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, and a member of Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Roscoe David and Lois Gobbell Allen; two brothers: Bobby Joe Allen and Norman Ray Allen; and sister-in-law: Norma Sue Allen.
She is survived by one sister: Alice Faye Allen of Lawrenceburg, TN; nephews: Tony Allen (Pam) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Jeff Allen (Frances) of Lawrenceburg, TN, David Allen (Cindy) of Leoma, TN, and Barry Allen (Laura) of Jasper, TN; several great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews; and special pet: Ellie.
Funeral services for Lavonna Marjorie “Von” Allen were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2021 with Kevin Marston officiating. Interment followed at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
