Carolyn Green Frazier, age 68, departed this life Friday, April 2, 2021 after fighting through a long illness.
She was a 1970 graduate of Lawrence County High School and a 1976 graduate of UT Center for Health Science as a Pharmacist where, for over 40 years, she practiced in Maury, Lawrence, and Giles Counties. She loved her co-workers and patients, and strove to provide the best care to them. She was a Christian and attended Pulaski Street Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her father: Harry M. Green; and her mother: Madge Grisham Green Hackney.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years: David Frazier of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son: David Frazier, Jr. (Cindy) of Madison, AL; two precious granddaughters: Caroline and Claire; one sister: Catherine Beuerlein (Tommy) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one brother: Bobby Green (Brenda) of Ooltewah, TN; two aunts: Waymon and Mary Green of Huntsville, AL; several nieces and nephews; and special cousin: Michael Boulie.
Graveside services and interment for Carolyn Green Frazier were conducted at Mimosa Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 with Jacob Evans officiating. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
