NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEES SALE
WHEREAS, James G. McDonald and Harriet S. McDonald, Husband and Wife, by Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”), dated May 31, 2016, and of record in Book 482 Pages 126-138, Register of Deeds Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee, conveyed to Title and Escrow of Lawrence Co., LLC, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a certain Promissory Note (the “Note”) described in the Deed of Trust, which Note was payable to, First Volunteer Bank, a Corporation, which was subsequently assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, dated July 17, 2020 and recorded on July 22, 2020 in Book 600 Pages 726-728 and;
WHEREAS, Kent McPhail & Associates, LLC has been duly appointed Substitute Trustee by the owner and holder of the Note by instrument recorded in Book 629 Pages 259-261, Lawrence County, Tennessee

The said Jim Mason Gray having since died on January 23, 2015 and his will of record in Will Book 5, Pages 608-611, in the Probate Court of Lawrence County, Tennessee, devised subject property to his Wife, Grace Jacquelyn Gray. The said Grace Jacquelyn Miller-Gray having since died on September 8, 2015 and her will of record in Will Book 5, Page 832 in the Probate Court of Lawrence County, Tennessee, devised subject property to the Grace J. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given of two Public Hearings before the Board of
Mayor and Council on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at 9:00 AM in the
City Administration Building, located at 25 Public Square.

The Council will consider a zone change at this Public Hearing.
The proposal is to change the zoning of parcel 11 located on tax
map 78 from Residential (R2) to Commercial (C2). This property
is located on West Gaines Street just west of Shoal Creek Animal
Hospital. The reason for this zone change is to allow the property
to be used for commercial development. All interested parties are
invited to attend.

The Council will consider a zone change at this Public Hearing. The

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Leoma Fire and Rescue will meet May 5, 2021 at
the firehouse, located at 2618 Highway 43 South,
Leoma, Tennessee 38468 at 7:00 PM, in a public
hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147 (f)
of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on
a proposal that the Lessee enter into a Lease-purchase
agreement with Republic First National Corp. under the
“Code” in order to finance the acquisition of equipment.
The equipment to be financed consists of the Refinance
of One (1) 2015 HME Mini Pumper and Financing of
One (1) 2001 Pumper (the “Equipment”) and will be
located at the fi rehouse in Leoma, Tennessee 38468.
To finance the costs of such Equipment and to pay
costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the
Lessee proposes to enter into the Lease-purchase
agreement with Republic First National Corp. in the
maximum aggregate principal amount of $113,725.03.
The Lessee will be required to pay all expenses of the
operating, maintaining, and insuring the Project and to
pay all taxes on the Equipment. The rental payments
due pursuant to the Lease-purchase agreement will
be payable and secured by a security interest Lien on

We have reviewed the budget submitted to our office
by the Summertown Utility District for the fi scal year

revenues will be sufficient to meet anticipated cash
