MARY FRANCES MARSTON, Deceased resident of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
Notice is Hereby given that on the 4th day of May, 2021, Letters of Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of MARY FRANCES MARSTON, who died March 8, 2021, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

NOTICE
JESSICA MOSES you are hereby noticed that a lawsuit has been filed in the Lawrence County Chancery Court seeking to terminate your parental rights relative to R.W.M, a female child born on June 30, 2020.
It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown.  You are hereby ORDERED to serve upon Stacie Odeneal, Petitioner (guardian ad litem), 411 W. Gaines St., P.O. Box 392, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee 36464, (931-762-4012), an Answer to the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights, within thirty (30) days of the last day of publication of this notice.  If you fail to do so, a default judgment will be taken against you pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann 36-1-117(n) and Tenn. R. Civ. P. 55 for the relief demanded in the Petition.

NOTICE

Pursuant to section 67-5-508, Tennessee Code
Annotated, the property assessment records
of Lawrence County will be available for public
inspection in the second floor conference room of
the Lawrence County Administrative Center during
normal business hours. Any person desiring to
inspect these records may do so a the appointed
time and place.

The Lawrence County Board of Equalization will
begin its annual session to examine and equalize
the county assessments on June 1, 2021. THE
BOARD WILL ACCEPT APPEALS FOR TAX YEAR
2021 ONLY UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF ITS 2021
REGULAR SESSION, WHICH WILL BE JUNE 14,
2021. The Board will meet each weekday from the
hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the conference room
of the Lawrence County Administrative Center. Any
owner of property who wishes to make a complaint
or appeal to the County Board of Equalization must
appear before said Board at this time personally or
by personal appearance of an agent for the owner
bearing the owner’s written authorization. Failure to
appear and appeal an assessment will result in the
assessment become final without further right of
appeal.
