Sammy Head, Jr., age 45, of Georgia passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center.
He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, and a supervisor for Viracon.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Bonnie Lee Shepherd Head; and one sister: Catherine Head.
He is survived by three sons: Justin Head (Brittany) and Jacob Head, both of Georgia, and Joshua Head of North Carolina; three grandchildren: Donovan Head, Logan Head, and Bella Head; and his father: Sammy Head, Sr. of Tennessee.
Funeral services for Sammy Head, Jr., were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2021. Interment followed at Kidd Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. Condolences may be sent by way of: www.nealfuneralhome.net.
