Iona Shedd, age 85, of Ethridge, TN passed away Thursday, May 6, 2021, at her residence.
She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired LPN, and a member of Ethridge Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents: George W. and Annie Brewer Staggs; and her husband: Morris L. Shedd.
She is survived by three sons: Steve Shedd (Jamie) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Stan Shedd (Leigh Ann) of Columbia, TN, and Stacey Shedd (Beth) of Lawrenceburg, TN; five grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one sister: Ellen Shedd of Lawrenceburg, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Iona Shedd were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 with David Stofel officiating. Interment followed at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. The family suggests memorials be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
