The following has applied for an on premises
permit to sell beer in a Bar. Terry Joe Oliver, will
operate, if granted the permit, under the name of
Jugg’s , 800 Rabbit Trail Rd, Five Points, TN
The Beer Board of Lawrence County will hold a
public hearing on May 28th, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. in
the public conference room located on the second
floor of the Lawrence County Administrative
Center. The applicant applying for said permit
must be present or application will be delayed
until a later board meeting. Any person wishing
to be heard on these matters personally or by an
attorney may appear and be heard at this time.

SARAH ELIZABETH KENNEDY, Deceased resident of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
Notice is Hereby given that on the 4th day of May, 2021, Letters of Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of SARAH ELIZABETH KENNEDY, who died February 28, 2021, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or
(B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the notice to creditors if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of first publication (or posting) as described in (1) (A); or
(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.

NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given of a hearing before the
Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, June 3
at 8:00 a.m. at the Municipal Building, located
at 25 Public Square.
The board will hear a request from Tim Fox
concerning his property at 516 Kent St. Mr.
Fox is requesting a variance of 33 square feet
to the maximum size of an accessory structure.
The present maximum is 1567 square feet and
he wishes to build a 1600 square foot building.
The zoning ordinance requires ZBA approval.
