Bettie Killen Bonee

Bettie Killen Bonee, age 92, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021, at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN.  She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired cook from Scott Memorial Hospital, and a member of Meadow View Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Miles Arlon and Maude Lyons Killen; her husband, Luther Calvin Bonee; one sister, Elnora Gant; one grandchild, Jennifer Snyder; two sons, Charles Bonee and Roy Bonee; and one daughter, Arlene Hulen.

She is survived by three daughters, Betty Pharr of Giles County, TN, Margaret Ann Bonee of Giles County, TN, and Patsy Pope of Ethridge, TN; one son, Jackie Bonee of Lawrenceburg, TN; two sisters, JoAnn Eckhardt of Brentwood, TN and Stella Lunsford of Antioch, TN; 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at May Cemetery with Jerry Clayton officiating.  The family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association.  Condolences may be sent by way of our website at www.nealfuneralhome.net.
