NOTICE TO CREDITORS
(As Required by Chapter No. 886, Public Acts of Tennessee 2012, TCA §30-2-306(b) )

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF STANLEY L. BOBLETT, Deceased resident of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
Notice is Hereby given that on the 3rd day of June, 2021, Letters of Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of STANLEY L. BOBLETT, who died May 8, 2021, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or
(B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the notice to creditors if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of first publication (or posting) as described in (1) (A); or
(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.

Invitation to Bid

The City of Lawrenceburg will be accepting bids for
Lawrence County High School Multi-Purpose Sports
Building.

Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on July 6, 2021
local time, bids will be publicly opened immediately
thereafter. Bid opening will be held in the Municipal
Complex Council Meeting Room located at 25 Public
Square. No bid received after the above time will be
opened or considered.

Bids should be sealed and marked LCHS Multi-
Purpose Facility and if mailed; place in another
envelope addressed to the City of Lawrenceburg
at the Lawrenceburg Municipal Complex; 25 Public
Square, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464, Attn: Chris
Shaffer, City Administrator.

Complete specifications can be picked up at the
Lawrenceburg Municipal Complex, located at 25
Public Square, Lawrenceburg, TN M-F 8:00 a.m.

– 4:00 p.m. Proper compliance statements will be

Public Notice of Regular Meetings of the Board of Utilitiesof the City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Utilitiesregular monthly meeting is scheduled for June 24, 2021at 5:00 pm. The Board meets each month to discuss
and handle all business that pertains to the functions ofthe Lawrenceburg Utility Systems, as may be deemednecessary for the operation of the Utility Systems.

The next scheduled Board meeting is June 24, 2021 at

5:00 pm, at 1607 North Locust Avenue, Lawrenceburg, TN.
This notice is published in compliance with the SunshineLaw of the State of Tennessee.

 

INVITATION TO BID

Loretto High School Athletics Department is soliciting
bids for their weight room. The weight equipment
specifications are as follows: 4 – Weight Racks (1/2
racks), 4 – Flat to incline benches, 16 – 45 pound crumb
bumper plates, 8 – 35 pound crumb bumper plates, 8 –
25 pound crumb bumper plates. All bids will be opened
on July 1, 2021 at 12:00 noon.
Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, sent postpaid
or hand delivered, marked on the lower left hand corner
with the name and address of the bidder, and identified
as “Weight Equipment” to be opened at date and time
specified in the invitation. Please contact Loretto High
School for exact specifications to be faxed or mailed.
The Lawrence County Tennessee Board of Education
reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any
informality(s) in bids received and to accept or reject any
items of any bids.
In compliance with the invitation for bids, and subject to
all the conditions thereof, the bidder offers, and agrees,
if this bid is accepted, to furnish the items quoted at the
prices set and on the date specified.
