Rev. James R. Davis

Rev. James R. Davis, 68, of Pendleton, SC, passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at his home.
Born on October 2, 1952, in Lawrenceburg, TN, he was the son of the late Russell Luther Davis and Ruby Edna Davis.
He is survived by his wife: Rebecca Davis; sisters: Macie Rose, Peggy Shay, Patsy McCluggage, Wilma Johnston, Elizabeth Cozart and Kathy Yeager; as well as a large extended family.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brothers: Warren A. Davis and William H. Davis.
A memorial service will be held at Grace Memorial Baptist Church on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at 2pm with Rev. Mark Dickson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Interim Hospice, 16 Hyland Rd, Greenville, SC 29615.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
