IT APPEARING TO THE COURT that from the verified matters set forth in the Affidavit of the counsel for Petitioners filed in this cause that service by publication pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 21-2-203 is appropriate.
IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks as required by law. In compliance with Rule 4.08, Rules of Practice of the Chancery Court for Lawrence County, Tennessee, the following notices shall appear;
1. An abbreviated notice shall appear in the Lawrence County Advocate, a newspaper located in Lawrence County, TN, last-know address of the Respondent, with the following text:

A Petition for Adoption and Termination of Parental Rights has been filed by Mark Dylan Long and Lana Long.
NOTICE TO: Cody Rex Parker, biological father. Adoptee: Zayden Cole Parker. Please take notice that a Petition for the termination of parental rights and adoption of the above-named child wow has born to Cody Rex Parker and Lana Faye Long on or about the 16th day of January, 2015, has been filed in said Court and that a hearing on said petition has been set for October 1, 2021, before the Chancery Court for Lawrence County, Tennessee. Please be advised that if you intend to contest this petition for termination of parental rights and adoption, you must file a written response with the attorney for the Petitioners named below and with the Chancery Court as soon as possible but no later than thirty (3) days from the last day this notice is published. A copy of the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption may be obtained from the Clerk and Master of the Chancery Court, Lawrence County, Tennessee. If no answer is filed by the date shown below, a judgment by default will be taken against you and a hearing to grant a final decree will be set without further notice to you.

Notice is Hereby given that on the 30th day of June, 2021, Letters of Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of PEGGY JOAN MYERS, who died June 19, 2021, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or
