Tillie Copeland Williams, age 90, of Loretto TN passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at home following a brief illness.
She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a 1949 graduate of Loretto High School, a retired head supervisor at Kay Windsor Mfg., did alterations for Park & Belks after retiring for a short time, and was of the non-denominational faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years: Troy Williams; parents: Marion and May Copeland; brothers: Earl, Hugh and twin brother Billy Copeland; honorary brother: Clifford Belew; and sisters: Jennie Hill, Ruby Hargrove and Nell Baker.
Survivors include her son: Troy Glenn Williams (Willadean) of Collinwood, TN; daughters: Gale Giambelluca (Gino) of Five Points, TN and Wilda Duncan (Jack) of Pendleton, TN; nine grandchildren: Brandon Williams (Molly), Bethany Payne (Kevin), Melanie Cole, Kayla Phillips (John), Sonya Brooks (Frank), Nick Giambelluca, Tony Giambelluca, Jackie Duncan (Rachel), and Melissa Mayberry (Shane); bonus granddaughter: Jennifer Rosson; seventeen great-grandchildren: Lindsey, Jax, Tristen, Daltin, Dylan, Zach, Karlee, Alex, Keaton, Atley, Devin, Parker, Ava, Bryant, Braden, Ashley, Aubrey, Colten and Kylee; four great-great-grandchildren: Asia, JJ, Malachi, and Everlee; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services for Tillie Copeland Williams were conducted at Loretto Memorial Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 7, 2021 with Marjorie Lehman and Eleanora Leszewski officiating.
