Maggie U.L. Jones Green, age 91 of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at her residence.
She was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing and would craft several things for her friends and family. She was a beloved mother and grandmother and will be missed dearly.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Earl G. Green; parents: John H. Jones and Dollie Weeks Jones; sisters: Elsie Jones Clanton, Bertha Jones; brothers: Arthur Jones, Oscar Jones, Pruitt Jones, William Jones, Elbert Jones, Leo Jones, Junior Jones, Basil Jones, James Jones; great-great-grandson: Jasper Daniel Hendrix.
She is survived by her daughters: Reba Green Springer (Joe), Lisa Green Rodgers (Jessie); grandchildren: Jennifer Hendrix, Karen Casteel (Don), Beth Rodgers, Kim Edwards (Robin), Joshua Rodgers (Faithe); great-grandchildren: Jacob Hendrix (Hayley), Beau Hendrix (Kayla), Matthew Fulk, Colby Fulk, Anna Casteel, Taylor Schuelke, Jasmine Schuelke, Krystal Bradford, Hunter Bradford, Steven Casteel; great-great-grandchildren: Preslee Hendrix, Hollis Hendrix, Oliver Hendrix; brother: Sunior Jones (Mavis) of Brunswick, OH; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Maggie U.L. Jones Green were held at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Chapel on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. with Bro. David Gallaher and Bro. Jessie Littrell officiating.
