Shirley Anne Clayton, age 84, of Summertown, TN passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at her residence.
She was a native of Texas, a homemaker, a self-employed music teacher and a member of Lawrenceburg Seventh-day Adventist Church. She was also a member of the Home Demonstration Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Otis B. and Anna Jones Henderson; her husband: Harry Dean Clayton; and one brother: Eugene Henderson.
She is survived by three children: Fred Clayton (Brenda) of Columbia, TN, Cindy Stafford of Summertown, TN, and David Clayton of Summertown, TN; four grandchildren: Melody Abbott (Dwayne), Jessica Thompson (Nathan), Kevin Clayton (Jordan), and Kyle Clayton (Amanda); and eleven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Shirley Anne Clayton were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 3, 2021 with Jeff Smith officiating.
