Shelby Jean Clifton, age 77, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.
She was a native of Waynesboro, TN, owner and operator of Jean’s Machine Quilting, and a member of Salem Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Waymer Lee and Gladys Leona Pulley Sanders; one son: David William Clifton, Jr.; and three brothers: Floyd Sanders, Lloyd Sanders, and Robert Sanders.
She is survived by her husband: David Clifton of Lawrenceburg, TN; one daughter: Jill Johns (Matthew) of Lawrenceburg, TN; five grandchildren: Clay Garland, Macy Garland, Bryson Garland, Eli Johns, and Sidney Johns; one brother: Bill Sanders (Bonnie) of Lawrenceburg, TN; and sister-in-law: Pearl Clifton of Lawrenceburg, TN.
Funeral services for Shelby Jean Clifton were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 with Bill Brazier officiating.
