William D. “Bill” Gower
William D. “Bill” Gower, age 74, of Loretto, TN passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a retired mechanic, and a member of Body of Christ Bible Fellowship.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Lorene Holden and Farsie Staggs; two sisters: Bonita Johnson and Juanita “Mae” Martin; and two brothers: James “Bud” Gower and Darryl Staggs.
He is survived by his wife of nine years: Reginia Gower of Loretto, TN; four sons: Bud Gower of Lawrenceburg, TN, Jason Gower of Lawrenceburg, TN, James Law of Hohenwald, TN, and Paul Martin of MI; three daughters: Lesa Gower Borowske (Ray) of Edmond, OK, Reanna Gambrell (Kent) of Ethridge, TN, and Donna Luke (Chris) of Lawrenceburg, TN; twenty-one grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one sister: Shorty Franks of Lawrenceburg, TN; and three brothers: Alvin Gower of Fairview, TN, Arnold Staggs of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Deon Staggs of Lawrenceburg, TN.
Funeral services for William D. “Bill” Gower were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 23, 2021 with Jacob Dale officiating.
