Doyce Leroy McDow, age 86, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Meadowbrook Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pulaski, TN.
He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired truck driver from Sharp Transport, a former Lawrence County Commissioner, and of the Baptist faith.  He also enjoyed spending time with the McDonald’s Coffee Drinker’s Club. Mr. McDow served his country honorably during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Samuel Young and Ella Mae Holloway McDow; and his wife: Elizabeth Jean Perry McDow.
He is survived by one daughter: Lynn Bailey (Richard) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one brother: Charlie McDow of the Center Point Community; and two nephews: Terry McDow (Beverly) of the Center Point Community and Gary McDow (Anita) of Loretto, TN.
Funeral services for Doyce Leroy McDow were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 with Edd Luna officiating. Interment followed at Center Point Methodist Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN with full military honors. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
