John Zimmerman, age 82, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife: Pearl; daughter: Joni; and son: Rusty.

I do believe the Lord above has sent you here for me to love; He chose you from all the rest, because He knew I’d love you best; If I go to heaven and you’re not there, I’ll wait for you on the golden stair, If you’re not there on Judgment Day I’ll know you went the other way, so I’ll return these angel wings and everything and just to prove my love is true, I’ll go to Hell just to be with you.
