Earlene E. Bailey Price, age 91, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, December 10, 2021 at NHC Brink.
She was a Christian and a longtime member of Gandy Church of Christ. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, needlework and creating clothing and quilts for the many people she loved.
She was preceded in death by her parents: James Wheeler and Reta Thigpen Pettus; first husband: Vernon “Josh” Bailey; second husband: Dorris Ray Price; four sisters: Lizzie Mae Renfro, Birdie Harrison, Doris Forsythe, and Oladean Peters; three brothers: Spencer Pettus, Paul Pettus, and L.C. Pettus.
She is survived by her children: Gary Bailey (Trudie), Pam Lowery (Bobby), and Terry Bailey (Su); two step-children: Timothy Price (Deb), and Teresa Cartwright (Bruce); six grandchildren: Toby Lowery, Melina Gowen (Jerry), Ashley Ross (Bryan), Collin Bailey, John Bailey, and Rachel Bailey; twelve great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Earlene E. Bailey Price were conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 13, 2021 at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Murdock officiating. Burial followed at Nelson Cemetery. Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. Condolences may be offered by way of: www.pettusturnbo.com.
