Geneva Shaw Parker, age 97, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021 at her residence.
She was a native of Missouri, a retired seamstress, and a member of Salem Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Homer and Kate McGee Thompson; her first husband: J.V. “Shakey” Shaw; her second husband: Greer Parker; and one great-grandson: Bastian Kynd Wingo.
She is survived by one son: Gregg Shaw (Jayne) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one grandson: Shayne Wingo of Nashville, TN; two great-granddaughters: Pearl Johnson (A.J.) of Trinity, AL and Enosence Wingo of New Orleans, LA; one great-great-granddaughter: Bailey Grace Johnson of Trinity, AL; one brother: Homer Thompson (Norma) of Pensacola, FL; and sister-in-law: Bonnie Turner of South Rockwood, MI.
Funeral services for Geneva Shaw Parker were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 with Keith Barnett officiating. Interment followed at Shaw Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
