Robbie Annette Hill, age 61, of Ethridge, TN passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL.
She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, employed at Marshall’s Grocery, and of the Church of Christ faith.
Aunt Rob, as most knew her, taught us how to: till a garden; love a beautiful Dutch Doll quilt; appreciate a nap on a hot day; to drive when we were just 6 years old; to make mud pies; to make homemade biscuits, and to can vegetables and cook bacon in the oven. Most importantly: to judge no one and genuinely love everyone. She always had an open door for anyone no matter what hour it was. She did not have any kids of her own, but everyone’s kids were her kids.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Thomas “T.J.” Hill, Jr. and Margaret Sue Patterson Hill; and one sister: Tracie Hill Long.
She is survived by three sisters: Joyce Marshall (Tommy), Brenda Burleson (Willie), and Velissa Bradley (Marty), all of Ethridge, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Robbie Annette Hill were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 25, 2022 with Hobert Seymore officiating. Interment followed at Ethridge Masonic Cemetery in Ethridge, TN. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. Condolences may be offered by way of: www.nealfuneralhome.net.
