Evelyn Ruth (Sis) Franks Luther of Lawrenceburg, TN was born July 30, 1941 in Wayne County, TN, the daughter of the late Wilford (Bill) and Myrtle Louise Holt Franks. She was retired from Murray Ohio Manufacturing Company and departed this life on Monday, March 7, 2022 at her home in Lawrenceburg, TN at the age of 80 years, 7 months and 7 days. She enjoyed cooking, canning, gardening and quilting.
She is survived by a son: Tommy Franks (Michelle) of Collinwood, TN; daughter: Connie Thomason (Brian) of Lawrenceburg, TN; grandchildren: Cody Holt, Chase Graham (Meagan) and Blaze Thomason; great-grandson: Lane Holt and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Evelyn Ruth (Sis) Franks Luther were held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel in Collinwood, TN, with Ricky West officiating. Burial followed at Memorial Gardens in Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County assisting the family.
