Hank Thomas Rochelle, age 41, husband of Telina Flatt Rochelle, and a resident of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022 at his residence.
Born February 6, 1981 in Lawrenceburg, Hank was the son of Melissa Jane Boyd Rochelle and the late Marty Thomas Rochelle. He was a 2000 graduate of Lawrence County High School and earned his associates degree from Fortis Institute. He married Telina Flatt on May 25, 2002, and together they had three children: McKenna, Bethany, and Eli. He worked as a meat cutter and market manager for Shaffer Farms Custom Meats in Summertown for many years. He loved spending time with his family, especially camping, going on road trips, shooting, and watching movies. He was a great cook and enjoyed grilling. Hank never met a stranger, had a great sense of humor and was always making others laugh. He was a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents: Gene Boyd, Dean Smith, Thomas Rochelle; and aunt: Nancy Reedy.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children: McKenna, Bethany, and Eli Rochelle, all of Lawrenceburg, TN; granddaughter: Ella DiGiacomo of Green Hill, AL; special niece: Kailee DiGiacomo of Green Hill, AL; brother: Luke (Sheana) Rochelle of Summertown, TN; sister: Emily Perron of Florida; grandmother: Thelma Boyd of Lawrenceburg, TN; father-in-law: Kenneth Flatt of Loretto, TN; brothers and sisters-in-law: Ryan Flatt, Adam (Rachel) Flatt, Jonathan Flatt, Lori Flatt; very special friends: Michael Fleming, Jamie Leland, Mark Andrews; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service for Hank Thomas Rochelle was held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at Mars Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Mickey Brackin officiating. Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia, TN assisted the family with arrangements. Condolences may be offered by way of: www.TnFunerals.com.
