Notice Of Substitute Trustee’s Sale
Whereas, Robert M. Surgeon And Debbie Surgeon, executed, acknowledged and delivered to F. BAIZE, Trustee, a certain Deed of Trust dated July 29, 2003 and recorded July 30, 2003, in Official Records Book 125 at Page 916, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Lawrence County, Tennessee, to secure a certain indebtedness owing to CitiFinancial, Inc and more fully described therein: Whereas the beneficial interest of said Deed of trust was last transferred and assigned to U.S. Bank Trust National Association as Trustee of American Homeowner Preservation Trust Series 2015A+, the party entitled to enforce said interest; Whereas, on U.S. Bank Trust National Association as Trustee of American Homeowner Preservation Trust Series 2015A+, the current holder of the note securing the indebtedness executed an appointment of Substitute Trustee nominating and appointing QPWB Trustee Services, LLC Substitute Trustee instead of the said F.
