Notice is Hereby given that on the 15th day of August, 2022, Letters of Testamentary, in respect of the Estate of RAYMOND LAWRENCE ELLIS, who died October 13, 2021, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”) dated September 26, 2017, and of record in Trust Deed Book 518, page 253, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee, Jason Scott Hanson a/k/a Jason S.
