He was a native of Noblesville, IN and of the Church of Christ faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Oscar Martin and Hulda Elizabeth Slater Story.
Survivors include his daughter: Kalea Story of Lewisburg, TN; and sister: Angie Brannon of Lawrenceburg, TN.
