Larry James Newton, 71, of Leoma TN passed away Monday, August 15, 2022 at NHC Brink nursing home after a brief illness.
He was retired from Evers Construction as an electrician and was a Christian. Mr. Newton served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam conflict.
He was preceded in death by his parents: James Houston and Virginia Ann Newton; one brother: Ricky Allen Newton.
He is survived by his son: Brian Newton of Lawrenceburg, TN; granddaughter: Addy Newton of Lawrenceburg, TN; brother: Bobby Newton of Florence, AL; sister: Debbie Englett of Lawrenceburg, TN; brother Shane Newton of Lawrenceburg, TN; nephews: Hughie Englett of Lawrenceburg, TN and Richard Newton of Iron City, TN.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for family and friends. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
