PETITION OF TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS
MASON PAGE you are hereby noticed that a lawsuit has been filed in the Lawrence County Chancery Court seeking to terminate your parental rights relative to J.O., a male child born on December 29, 2014, and to B.U., a female child born on August 8, 2020.  It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown.  You are hereby ORDERED to serve upon Stacie Odeneal, Petitioner (attorney for petitioners), 411 W. Gaines St, P O Box 392, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee 36464, (931-762-4012), an Answer to the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights, within thirty (30) days of the last day of publication of this notice.  If you fail to do so, a default judgment will be taken against you pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann 36-1-117(n) and Tenn. R. Civ. P. 55 for the relief demanded in the Petition.  You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Lawrence County Chancery Court Clerk and Masters’ Office in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.

NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated November 19, 2020, of record in Book 614, page 686, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee, CLARENCE RICKY FISHER, unmarried, did convey unto John T. Bobo, as Trustee, a certain tract of real estate hereinafter described, to secure a certain indebtedness set out in said Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, JAMES E. FARRAR, SR., D/B/A FARRAR BONDING, is the owner and holder of the note secured by said Deed of Trust hereinabove referred to; and
WHEREAS, the said real estate described in said Deed of Trust is as follows:
Located in the 8th District of said County and State on the north side of Weakly Creek Road and being a portion of land conveyed to J. D. Brewer and wife, Ruth Brewer, in Deed Book 105, Page 27, ROLCo., TN, and being further described as follows:
Beginning on an iron pipe on the north margin of Weakly Creek Road at the southwest corner of J. Dudley Brewer’s yard; thence with the west edge of said yard, North 9 ½ degrees West 150 feet to a steel fence post at a wire fence; thence South 80 degrees West across a field 155 feet, more or less, to a steel fence post in said field; thence South 9 ½ degrees East across field 150 feet to a steel fence post on the north margin of Weakly Creek Road; thence North 80 degrees East with the north margin of said Weakly Creek Road, 155 feet to the beginning, containing by calculation 53/100 acre, more or less.
Being the same property conveyed to Clarence Ricky Fisher, a single person, by Warranty Deed from Emma Elsie Fisher, a single person, dated November 2, 2018, of record in Deed Book 588, page 307, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was made to secure the payment of a note therein set out and contained the power to sell in the case of default in the payment of said note and interest at maturity; and
WHEREAS, the maker of said note has defaulted in the payment thereof, and the owner and holder of said note has declared the entire amount due and payable and has requested the undersigned to foreclose said Deed of Trust according to its terms in order to collect said note.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned, JOHN T. BOBO, TRUSTEE will, in accordance with the terms set out in the Deed of Trust above referred to, on December 8, 2022, at 11:00 A.M., at the door of the Lawrence County Courthouse, offer for sale and sell the above-described real estate at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash in bar of equity of redemption and free from homestead and dower, all in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust and the laws of Tennessee controlling such sales, subject, however, to all outstanding real estate taxes; any applicable easements and restrictions; and prior liens or mortgages, if any
Other interested parties: Bank of America, N. A.; and Toyota Financial Services.
Said property may be sold as a whole or by individual lots or tracts or groups of lots or tracts at the discretion of the Trustee.
The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day and time certain without further publication and in accordance with law upon announcement of said adjournment on the day and time and place of sale set forth above.
The failure of any high bidder to pay the purchase price and close the sale shall, at the option of the Trustee, be cause for rejection of the bid, and if the bid is rejected, the Trustee shall have the option of making the sale to the next highest bidder who is ready, willing, and able to comply with the terms thereof. The proceeds derived from the sale of the property will be applied as provided for in said Deed of Trust. Said Deed of Trust is made a part hereof as if copied verbatim herein.
This sale of the Property shall be subject to any and all taxes, easements, restrictions, building lines, and assessments (plus penalty and interest, if any), and any redemptive rights of any governmental agency, State or Federal (including redemptive rights of any taxing authority by reason of any tax liens), plus any and all other matters and encumbrances superior in right to the lien of the Deed of Trust, as well as any priority created by fixture filing, and any applicable City and/or County zoning ordinances as now affect or as may later affect the parcel.
If the U. S. Department of the Treasury/Internal Revenue Service, the State of Tennessee Department of Revenue, or the State of Tennessee Department of Labor and Work Force Development are listed as interested parties in the advertisement, then the notice of this foreclosure is being given to them, and the sale will be subject to the applicable governmental right to redeem the property, all as required by 26 U.S.C. 7425 and T.C.A. 67-1-1433.
If applicable, the notice requirements of T.C.A. 35-5-117 have been met.
The address of the property is known as 508 Weakley Creek Road, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464, but such address is not part of the legal description of the property sold herein, and in the event of any discrepancy, the legal description herein shall control. This property is further identified as being Map 77, Parcel 3.02 on the records of the Tax Assessor of Lawrence County, Tennessee.

Pursuant to Section 66-31-105(2) (G), Tennessee Code Annotated, notice is hereby given that the contents of spaces number A-1, A-19, A-24, C-68 in the self-service storage facility known as Countrywood Storage, will be sold at auction to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 100 Countrywood Dr., Lawrenceburg, Lawrence County, Tennessee, to satisfy an owner’s lien on such contents, claimed by Countrywood Storage.
Said self-storage facility is located at the address set forth above where the sale will take place. The names of the occupant (lessee) of said space numbers are: A-1 Brenda Bludwirth, A-19 Jazzmin Wilson, A-24 Kevin Graves, C-68 Jeff Tidwell.
