Notice is Hereby given that on the 7th day of November, 2022, Letters of Administration, in respect of the Estate of EDWARD LEE STEELE, who died September 2, 2022, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated November 19, 2020, of record in Book 614, page 686, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee, CLARENCE RICKY FISHER, unmarried, did convey unto John T. Bobo, as Trustee, a certain tract of real estate hereinafter described, to secure a certain indebtedness set out in said Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, JAMES E. FARRAR, SR., D/B/A FARRAR BONDING, is the owner and holder of the note secured by said Deed of Trust hereinabove referred to; and
WHEREAS, the said real estate described in said Deed of Trust is as follows:
Located in the 8th District of said County and State on the north side of Weakly Creek Road and being a portion of land conveyed to J. D. Brewer and wife, Ruth Brewer, in Deed Book 105, Page 27, ROLCo., TN, and being further described as follows:
Beginning on an iron pipe on the north margin of Weakly Creek Road at the southwest corner of J. Dudley Brewer’s yard; thence with the west edge of said yard, North 9 ½ degrees West 150 feet to a steel fence post at a wire fence; thence South 80 degrees West across a field 155 feet, more or less, to a steel fence post in said field; thence South 9 ½ degrees East across field 150 feet to a steel fence post on the north margin of Weakly Creek Road; thence North 80 degrees East with the north margin of said Weakly Creek Road, 155 feet to the beginning, containing by calculation 53/100 acre, more or less.
Being the same property conveyed to Clarence Ricky Fisher, a single person, by Warranty Deed from Emma Elsie Fisher, a single person, dated November 2, 2018, of record in Deed Book 588, page 307, Register’s Office of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was made to secure the payment of a note therein set out and contained the power to sell in the case of default in the payment of said note and interest at maturity; and
WHEREAS, the maker of said note has defaulted in the payment thereof, and the owner and holder of said note has declared the entire amount due and payable and has requested the undersigned to foreclose said Deed of Trust according to its terms in order to collect said note.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned, JOHN T. BOBO, TRUSTEE will, in accordance with the terms set out in the Deed of Trust above referred to, on December 8, 2022, at 11:00 A.M., at the door of the Lawrence County Courthouse, offer for sale and sell the above-described real estate at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash in bar of equity of redemption and free from homestead and dower, all in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust and the laws of Tennessee controlling such sales, subject, however, to all outstanding real estate taxes; any applicable easements and restrictions; and prior liens or mortgages, if any

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
WHEREAS, Richard C. Kimbrell and wife, Samantha D. Kimbrell, by Deed of Trust dated April 28, 2014, of record in Book 432, page 368, Register’s Office for Lawrence County, Tennessee (the “Deed of Trust”), conveyed to William B. Bryant, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a certain indebtedness, etc. (“Indebtedness”) as described in said Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, Thomas W. Lawless of Davidson County, Tennessee has been appointed Substitute Trustee by CapStar Bank successor in interest to The Bank of Waynesboro, the owner and holder of the Indebtedness by instrument of record in Book 696, page 91, Register’s Office for Lawrence County, Tennessee, with authority to act under the powers given the Trustee under the Deed of Trust and by applicable law; and
