Ruthie Dell Arnold, age 78, of Hazel Green, AL passed away Monday, August 21, 2023 at St. Thomas Hospital West following a sudden illness.
She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Frito-Lay, and a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Ed and Della Smith Flatt; and brothers: Charley Flatt and Bill Flatt.
She is survived by her husband: Paul L. Arnold of Hazel Green, AL; sons: Paul Edward Arnold (Sandy) of Kentucky and David Wayne Arnold (Janice) of Iron City, TN; daughter: Tanya Hand (Brad) of Hazel Green, AL; five grandchildren: Savannah, Dustin, Casey, Caleb and Thomas “T.C.”; eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Ruthie Dell Arnold were held Friday, August 25, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Loretto Memorial Chapel. Burial followed at Freemon Cemetery. Loretto Memorial Chapel was in charge of all arrangements. Condolences may be offered by way of: www.lorettomemorialchapel.com.
