MURRY DUANE DAVIS, who died May 31, 2023, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court Clerk of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

IT IS, THEREFORE, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks as required by law. In compliance with Tennessee Code Annotated 21-1-203 and 21-1-204 and the Chancery Court for Lawrence County, Tennessee, the following notice shall appear:

A Petition for Adoption by a Step Parent and Petition for Termination of Parental Rights has been filed against you by Jessica and Alex Simpson. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. It is, therefore, ordered that you respond to this notice by filing an Answer to the Petition in this cause with the Clerk for the Chancery Court, Lawrence County, Tennessee, and with Attorney J. Christopher Williams, at the address shown below, on or before the date listed below. A copy of the petition for adoption and Termination of Parental Rights may be obtained from the Clerk of the Chancery Court, Lawrence County, Tennessee. If no Answer is filed by the date shown below, a hearing to grant the Petition will be set without further notice to you and a Judgment by Default will be taken against you.
