Peggy Lee Harrison Morris, a beloved member of the Lawrenceburg community, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023 at the age of 73.
She was born December 6, 1949 in Detroit, MI, Peggy Lee Harrison Morris to the late William Troy Harrison and Mary Ethel Harbin Harrison Linville. On June 29, 1968, Peggy married the love of her life, Larry Morris. They shared many precious moments together throughout their journey as husband and wife. She was a devoted member of First United Methodist Church in Lawrenceburg, TN. She cherished the time spent with fellow church members while engaging in one of her passions – crocheting. She was employed with Johnny Fleeman, Inc., as an office manager for Legends.
Peggy’s warm smile and caring nature endeared her to all who were fortunate enough to know her. She had a heart filled with love and compassion that extended far beyond her immediate family. Her legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched.
She is survived by her loving husband: Larry Morris of Lawrenceburg, TN; daughter: Jennifer Krieger (Charlie) of Harvest, AL; three grandchildren: Charlee Ann Krieger of Florence, AL, Bradley Krieger and Nathan Krieger, both of Harvest, AL.
Funeral services for Peggy Lee Harrison Morris were held Friday, October 6, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood, TN, who was in charge of all arrangements.
