Mable “GiGi” Joiner Jewell Howell, age 93, of Leoma, TN passed away Monday, October 16, 2023, at her residence.
She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired machine operator from Gabriel Mfg., and a member of Copperas Branch Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Frank and Perna Vanderford Joiner; her first husband: Edd Jewell; and one sister: Dallas Joiner Hines.
She is survived by her husband: Arley Howell of Leoma, TN; three children: Kathy Kermicle (Danny) of Pulaski, TN, Eddie Jewell (Kim) of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Karla Pigg (Mike) of Pulaski, TN; two step-children: Jeff Howell (Sue) and Tracy Howell (Lisa), both of Leoma, TN; thirteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mable “GiGi” Joiner Jewell Howell were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 with Richard Clinard officiating. Interment followed at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN. Neal Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
